Work table

The selection of the work table: first, should be determined according to the size of the table structure form (heavy, medium, light); Secondly, determine the length and width of the desktop thickness size and the appropriate desktop material according to the use of the situation; Finally, according to the access and operation purposes to determine the power supply, lighting, hanging board and table with tool cabinets, hanging cabinets, vice and other configurations.

艾瑞特工具柜系列产品是为配合工厂车间对工具、量具、夹具、刀具、零部件在生产现场中科学定置管理而设计的,我们的设计理念兼顾了人体工程学、物流空间以及EHS原则。科学化的物料管理即定置、分区管理、目视管理等; 人性化的使用方式即产品的安全性、使用的方便性等。作为一种工位器具,工具柜具有存放量大、承重好、分隔分类目视效果佳的特点,从而使物料存取做到准确、高效、低耗。此外,工具柜还可以用于存放重要文件、音像资料、仪器仪表、样品标本、珠宝电器等,因此除了在制造业、物流仓储业、设备维修业广泛应用,工具柜在一些博物馆、档案馆、学校、实验室、商场等也有特殊的作用。

工具柜的选型首先要根据生产环节对物流管理的要求、存取物品的大小、种类、重量和数量,选择抽屉的平面尺寸、面板高度和结构(单轨或双轨);然后根据工位需要确定各型号抽屉的数量,并按抽屉面板高度尺寸从大到小、由下至上排列;最后确定工具柜柜体高度即抽屉面板高度之和+100MM

工具车

工具车是衍生的工具柜，它是由部分型号的工具柜增加顶框、把手、挂板、脚轮组成。工具车结合了工具柜的特性和一般推车的轻便、灵活性，适合在生产现场方便高效地运送存取工具和物料。

物料整理架

艾瑞特物料整理架是以方孔挂板和百叶挂板为主要部件，结合背挂零件盒、挂钩、棚板等多种配件使用。这种简便的工位器具能对小型少量多样的工具、物料进行分类存放、方便搬运归位、充分利用空间，从而达到作业环境的定置管理、整洁高效。

物料整理架的选型先要根据存取物品的大小、种类、数量确定方孔挂板和百叶挂板的数量（高度2-4块，分单面或双面组合）；然后选择用独立型、连接型或移动型。

独立型物料整理架由挂板、底板和一副支柱组成，独立型不够使用时可增加若干数量连接型扩展组合，这样即能降低费用、增加稳定性，还能用于作业空间的分隔；移动型适合在生产现场方便高效地运送存取工具和物料。
